Game Pass loses We Happy Few later this week

By Sean Carey,

As confirmed by the Xbox Game Pass app, Compulsion Games' We Happy Few will leave Game Pass and PC Game Pass at the end of this week.

Earlier this month, it was announced that Nobody Saves the World and four other games would drop out of Game Pass on January 15th. Now, we can add another game to that list. According to the Game Pass app, We Happy Few (developed by Compulsion Games and published by Gearbox Publishing) will also leave Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on the 15th after a lengthy four-year stint in the service.

We Happy Few

Set in a drug-fuelled, retrofuturistic city in an alternative 1960s England, We Happy Few is an action/adventure game in which you hide, fight, and conform your way out of a delusional Joy-obsessed world.

For those that haven't started We Happy Few, it's probably unlikely that you will be able to knock out a completion before the 15th, as estimates suggest you will need around 50 hours to complete the game's base achievement list. With DLC packs, you'll need to add another ten hours to that estimate.

Are you sad to see We Happy Few drop out of Game Pass after such a long time? Do you need to mop up any of the game's achievements? Let us know down in the comments.
