The last quarter-final bout in the TrueAchievements Game of the Year 2023 tournament is here, as Dead Space takes on Baldur's Gate 3.
Dead Space won an incredibly close-run contest to be here, beating fellow remake Resident Evil 4 by just 6 votes. Now it has an even bigger challenge ahead of it as it takes on Baldur's Gate 3, one of the big favorites to win the whole thing despite the fact it only just came out on Xbox. Baldur's Gate 3 has vanquished Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Sea of Stars, and Forza Motorsport to make it here - it already won the Game Awards game of the year, but now can it sweep the real prize?
At the start of this tournament, we had AAA games in the top bracket and indie and other smaller titles into a second bracket, to make sure everything had a fair chance. It's a great way to get a good discussion kicking off in the comments about this year's best Xbox games.
