The grand finale of the TrueAchievements Game of the Year 2023 tournament is here, with Starfield taking on Alan Wake 2 for the title.
There was never any doubt that Starfield was going to be here. The biggest Xbox exclusive of the year, Bethesda's space-exploring RPG has been a smash hit with players. On the other side of the bracket, things weren't so sure though. Baldur's Gate 3 gave it a good shot with a surprise late entry into the competition, but in the end it's Alan Wake 2 that will write the final chapter of this battle. Who will be victorious? At the start of this tournament, we had AAA games in the top bracket and indie and other smaller titles into a second bracket, to make sure everything had a fair chance.
