As revealed during the latest Forza Monthly stream, Turn 10 confirmed that the massive Update 2 for Forza Motorsport will be available to download on Xbox and PC on November 14. The developer has also detailed what new content is on the way with Update 2 and some of the more notable bug fixes.

Since launch, players have run into all manner of different issues with Forza Motorsport, but it looks like most of these issues could be ironed out with Update 2. According to game director Andy Beaudoin, Turn 10 has the "entire Motorsport engineering team right now focused on delivering bug fixes [and] quality-of-life updates."

Beaudoin added, "Every day, we've got new fixes, getting into the game, and we, as a Motorsport leadership team, will meet for an hour or two every day and look at the bugs that we've had reported and decide risk versus reward, which ones are the most important to our community, which ones are going to give the biggest benefit to our players, and deciding which one of those get into the next release."

According to Beaudoin, an "army of testers" has been putting Update 2 through its paces to make sure that the new fixes don't throw up any new issues for players.

When it comes to the fixes, Turn 10 says that stability has been a huge priority with this update, and you can expect "massive improvements" to the overall stability of the game and reduced crashes across all platforms. One of the biggest issues Turn 10 says it's fixed is the infinite loading screen bug, which would occur when saving a quick upgrade in the Builders Cup.

As for new content, Update 2 will bring the new track Yas Marina Circuit to Forza Motorsport, which has been rebuilt with its up-to-date race season layout and features a "more flowing hairpin for better racing and overtaking opportunities." The track has four unique layouts, and some existing Tours in the Builders Cup will be updated to feature Yas Marina.

Update 2 also includes two new Builders Cup Tours: the Prestige Tour and the Italian Open Tour. Both Tours are only available for a limited time, with the Prestige Tour offering new Series throughout the month. For completing the Tour, you will be awarded the 2011 Lamborghini Sesto Elemento. You can also expect four new Spotlight Series in Multiplayer and five new Featured Rivals.

Turn 10 has also revealed the next batch of Spotlight cars, which will be available to purchase from the Showroom at a 30% discount. The eight new Spotlight cars are:
