Enter Director Mode for the first time as an unlocked actor.

First Time Director-1.1
1 guideOffline Mode - These achievements require play in game modes that do not necessitate a connection to any online services.Single Player - These achievements can be obtained by a single player.Stackable - These achievements can be unlocked at the same time as, or in the course of, earning its more difficult or less difficult counterpart.

How to unlock the First Time Director achievement

    Actions
    Whilst story mode is loaded up press cn_start and scroll right using cn_RB to the 'Rockstar Editor' menu and press cn_A to enter. Choose 'Director Mode' from here and accept the launch.

    Click actors and pick any you wish though using an animal, your GTA online character or the Story Character 'Cris Fromage' will also unlock another achievement.

    Once the mode loads the achievement will pop, here's a video using Cris Fromage
