How to unlock the England Subdued achievement

This Achievement is obtained after completing the Hamtunscire Arc, which becomes available from Randvi after the Hordafylke arc is completed. The achievement itself unlocks upon completion of the quest "Holy Day".

I started to panic when no new mission appeared for me a few missions in, this guy Samvanbunder on reddit saved me. Leave the animus and interact with a few objects then jump back in the animus, holy day then popped up for me. Hope that helps anyone has the same issue.
