    Hey guys,

I made a video guide giving you some advice on how to become emperor, my build, and what worked for me on my way to the top. The video below is the gameplay, including the final keep siege. Please leave a comment if you have any questions you would like me to address. Other than that, it is all in the video. Enjoy!

    Healing Sorceror Build

    Bar 1 - Destruction Staff
cn_X - Crystal Fragments (Crystal Shard)
    cn_Y - Structured Entropy (Entropy)
cn_B - Crushing Shock (Force Shock)
cn_LB - Soul Trap (Soul Magic)
cn_RB - Endless Fury (Mages Fury)
    cn_LB+cn_RB - Greater Storm Atronach

    Bar 2 - Healing Staff
    cn_X - Mutagen (Regeneration)
    cn_Y - Annulment (Light Armor)
cn_B - Velocious Curse (Daedric Curse)
cn_LB - Healing Ward (Steadfast Ward)
cn_RB - Healing Springs (Grand Healing)
    cn_LB+cn_RB - Greater Storm Atronach

    General Tips to become Emperor

    - Start on a campaign when it refreshes. Many non-vet campaigns are 5 days. Join as a guest or ask a friend when they end. It is easier to lead in points when everybody starts at zero!

    - Travel in large groups. Always go where the action is. Siege when people are sieging, defend when people are defending. Always be a part of the action!

    - Heal, Heal, Heal! I got the majority of my points and was able to lead my team by healing and resurrecting every person I ever saw. Yes gems can get expensive for reviving, but having those extra people around making taking objectives and staying alive pay off in the end.

    - Siege equipment! Use it! Fire ballistas and firepact trebuches to take out enemies and Stone trebuches to take out walls! Always have siege on you! When defending use oil! It can take out 30 people below you attacking a wall or door! It is extremely deadly when used correctly.

If you have any suggestions to improve the solution, please post them in the comments. I took alot of time to give the community the best possible videos and guide. I answer every single question asked to me. Let me know so that I can make the solution better

M1DNYT3I must mention that for Icereach on EU there's currently a bit of drama going on with blue team. Essentially, there are three extremely toxic and try-hard players who are manipulating the Cyrodiil in the favour of the Blue team. They have a bunch of low-level characters with the best gear available and if you think that it stops with having such characters on the Blue team - you're wrong. They have such characters in Yellow and Red alliances, because the moment Red and Yellow start to fight, they are logging in into the weakest alliance to help it. What that does is that Blue has the same amount of keeps, the guild that's a potential threat to Blue is being thrown over early, so they will probably quit if it's not a properly organized guild. And let's talk Volendrung. If it spawns on the side of the alliance that is being a threat to Blue, they'll log in as this alliance the moment the Volendrung was spawned and head towards it to simply grab it aaaand, guess what? Dump it! So that this alliance cannot make a use of it.

All and all, if you manage to become an emperor as a member of the opposing alliance, rather than Blue. These people instantly become salty about it and text you via Xbox Live crying that you're a loser and you don't deserve to be an Emperor because you haven't earned it properly or something. In case you find yourself in that situation, just ignore them, whatever you answer them will be used against you or they'll find another excuse why it's not them who lost, but you who's bad at the game because of reasons.

This message is a warning: prepare to face a lot of toxicity from Blue if you're not playing with them, and even if you're playing with them and trying to make use of their monopoly on winning - they might log into another alliance and prevent you from scoring by keeping you busy while others are capturing stuff. They're really that awful and they see nothing wrong with what they're doing.

I was able to fight their lap dogs back while the main toxic players were offline, my alliance (yellow) helped me to oppose the blue team and I managed to capture all 6 keeps in one go with the help of my alliance. Then the next morning these dudes DMed me and started crying that I'm a loser because apparently, they weren't online to stop me, therefore I don't deserve the Emperor (yeah, don't try to find any logic here).

On NA I believe the situation is more healthy, but the competition is also more real than this circus that's happening on the EU server, so if you don't want to find yourself part of the drama - stick to Icereach on NA.

Alright here goes, I am gonna put down in detail what can be done to earn this achievement and what in my opinion is the best way to go about it.

First of the time issue with this one all depends on how hard the other players are chasing emperor, the more time they put in the more you have to put in. It took me 3 days of 20h sessions, one day to catch up as I started in the middle of the campaign and 2 days to keep and stretch my lead a 100k above the second guy. Always try to have a huge lead over the second guy and if you must sleep do it during a dead time when servers are empty for all factions. A 50k lead is always nice to relax on, but the more the better.

Okay classes and which campaign. The reason you want the non vet(5 day) ones is because the other campaigns has big organized pvp guilds and guys who tries to stay emperor as long as possible, chillrend for example the pact always dominates with with very little chance that they lose all the keeps and the guy on top just pvps, everyday, every hour. He can put up millions of points. The non vet ones has much more randoms, disorganized guilds and quitters. Saw one time a guild of 30 quit cause they lost one keep. Plus with the 5 day ones if you fail you don't have to wait long to try again, most guys leave the non vet ones once the get emperor taking away some competition. Classes is the least important aspect for me as killing guys in melee combat gives ridiculously low ap. A healing build can give you a lot of extra points healing zerg squads, but not a necessity. I did it with stamina nightblade, being good and comfortable with your class is important, plus any class can use restoration staff if needed.

Okay on to the meat of this, points!! Gonna start with the things needed most fire siege weapons, oil, trebuchets, Ballistae lots of them. They kill quick and kills groups, this was my main form of offense even during zergs and keep captures. Look for guys running around and hit them with this, groups will net you great ap. Now the best ap gain defense defense defense!!!! Protecting keeps and those mini ones. Always prioritize these. You get defensive ticks once they are attacked with siege and there is many groups to burn. If they bundle at door drop oil on them, even if the group up just away from door there is always a spot to put up oil. For the ones that are grouping up further use the fire trebuchets and Ballistae to knock em out and watch out for red circle as they fire back. The bigger the group attacking the more points. Once they are about to break through on which ever side, set up a fire ballista on opposite side and aim at ground right by entrance and hit them as they come in. So much kills this way. It might take a bit to get use to, but once you have it down it will be great. I was raking in anywhere from 15k to 30k per keep defense. Watch out for guys that attacks keeps with just one or two siege as the might just be cutting of reinforcements or being a nuisance. Its very time wasting heading over and seeing its only two irritations. When there is no defending and attacking is the only way, look for guys to burn, heal allies if you can and revive the with soul gems. When its dead time for the campaign and there is nothing going on, head from keep to keep repairing walls and doors. You can get a steady ap income from this. You can also pick up a few scouting mission which will give a little ap.

Then if all goes well and your on top you need the faction to take keeps, this is where the luck comes in. You have to hold your spot till enough comes on that they can take the keeps around the city. If you have about 8 to 20 friends, that's willing to help great. Start working on keeps and more people might show up once they see something is up.Just stay on top cause they might take all the keeps when you are offline.

There we go, sorry for the length of this. Hope it helps and let me know if I should add anything else that I have missed.

This achievement is for getting #1 of your faction and holding that position until your faction captures all 6 inner keeps.

This achievement is easier than it looks, but you will need time and lots of it. Due to the update, I found that it was harder to get this achievement, but once I found the correct campaign and the correct time Windows, then I knew it was possible.

My solution is for BLUE. Get on the Shor campaign and the last time I checked, it resets every Wednesday morning at 4 a.m. Central time. The first day is the most important. Play as close to the starting time as possible and keep going. Message in zone chat LFG (looking for group) and you should get an invite by others who are usually going for EMP. If you don't get an invite, keep trying and if that still doesn't work, then become their shadow and follow the group to every location that they go as long as it's a group that's actually taking resources.

IMPORTANT: Going into any delve and killing a boss will result in a 20% AP bonus!!!!! I wish someone had told me about this when I tried for EMP before! It has a timer, so make sure you're checking it periodically by selecting your character and checking to see that Blessings of war is there)

Resources will net you around 1.6k AP while keeps will met you around 6.8k AP and outposts will net around 4.8k AP. I recommend using oils especially at outposts and meat bags at keeps. This will help with AP. Periodically get off your siege and stack healing players for additional AP and then get back on the siege. I also recommended having a few rams in your inventory as this is the fastest way to break down a door while also shooting at the door with a ballista (the basic one is the one you want). The best advice I can give is to be at the keeps when it is being captured. Even if you are far away and need to teleport to a closer keep and ride over there on your steed-or walk fast-it is worth it because you might get the offensive tick (the 6.8k AP) when you approach the front gate or wall without doing anything! Then all you have to do is follow the group to their next attack.

Equipment: it doesn't matter what character you are for this. The main point is to stay alive and get all the offensive ticks and defensive ticks. I was a Stamina nightblade running around with a restoration staff, spamming healing to get those extra AP points. Sadly, my healing skills were atrocious, but those extra points sure did help.

TIME: Blue always flips in the morning between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m, which gives a lot of chances to be crowned Emp, so make sure you're on during this time to rack up your AP when Blue is capturing keeps. The other time is mainly defensive ticks and a few captures here and there, but mostly the server is dead, so if you have a buddy to help, great, if not, then you're like me and have to do this solo.

Repairing: when the server is dead and your group has disbanded, it's time to repair keep walls and doors, resource buildings (this is often overlooked and there's three per keep :)), and outposts. Each repair requires a material that you can purchase for gold or AP at a vendor that is at every keep or outpost. Stone for walls and wood for doors. Every time you repair, you will get anywhere from 55 AP- 85 AP! (Make sure your 20% bonus is on).

I took a day to do other things and I was already behind by 100k when I got back on. I repaired keeps for three hours and managed to get back to #1. Don't let your group or teammates know you're repairing because if they are going for EMP too, then they will follow you or go to a different keep and repair that one.

Teamwork: when you attack an enemies stronghold, you don't get any AP for how well you were involved. You could literally stand in a corner in stealth and get 6.8k AP for doing nothing. Don't do this because eventually your teammates will see and will not be likely to help you get EMP. Instead, attack quickly, heal others quickly, and you can flip a lot more keeps before the population of the server is too big for BLUE to handle.

EMP: During the first day or, most likely, the next day, you will see the players going for EMP by their score. Send them a message and asked if they're going for EMP. Most likely they will say yes and tell them that once you get it, you are dropping the campaign. BLUE is really good at dropping the campaign once they get EMP, letting the #2 player become #1. Long ago, if this happened, the #2 player became EMP and got the achievement immediately and then they could drop and give it to the player below them, and etc. Now, there will be no EMP until the other team take EMP and then Blue will need to take all six keeps again! Don't be fooled by players saying that you only need to lose one keep and then regain it to be EMP.

    To SUM UP:
Play 1st day as long as you can.
Play 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. to rack up AP and crown a BLUE EMP!
Play 12 p.m. To 12 a.m. capturing keeps, defending, and gaining AP
Play 12 a.m. To 7 a.m. Repairing and capturing if there are enough players

Run around with a restorative staff for extra AP points (enemies need to be nearby for AP to pop up)

Get your 20% AP bonus by killing a boss in a delve!

    Good Luck!:)

xMANNY FRE5HxI really like this guide. Gives me some motivation to start working on this. But alas I'm both a father and a husband, two things that just don't mesh well with that play schedule. Upvote from me.

xMANNY FRE5HxFinally got it! I have a wonderful piece of advice for anyone still looking to get this. Create a character on Blue in the EU server. The Kyne campaign (under 50) is super dead and getting to the top of the leaderboards is quite easy and not much time is required. You can also do a red character as that alliance doesn't score as much either. Yellow seems to put up the highest numbers. Between 11pm and 1am EST the map is completely dead and a group of 3 can easily take the 6 keeps in under two hours. That's how I did it. I got emp on the 2nd night of the campaign and my AP totals was around 350k so yeah.. this much more manageable than a more populated campaign. This process still put a strain on my family but it's the only way I saw myself doing it. Good luck.

DanifittiI just came here to update the above comment. Under 50 in Europe is not dead. There are some players who are blocking emperorship. They are way more powerful than you should be if you are under 50, and they are online very frequently. Anyone going for this achievement needs to find a time they are not online. Every time this guys see someone playing, they will go for a fight.
Also, the runs that I did in 3 took around 3 hours, not easily. Unless you also invest in becoming powerful, you will have to take the resources for making the castle and its defences weaker. More people or characters that are closer to 50, with special gear, may be able to take the castle directly.
Don't let the above comment fool you. Check the server situation first, the game updates and conditions change.
