How to unlock the Down the Tubes achievement

  Mid way through the DLC, you will acquire a dart gun (mid of chapter 2) from a man on the ground. From there you can start shooting the TV's with the light that shine from them (the downer detectors). You need to shoot 20 unique TVs.
  
  From that point, you may want to backtrack to the previous section where you opened the gate as there are 3 TVs in that area to shoot.
  
  The tracker doesn't track for this achievement, so you must keep count yourself but the TVs are pretty easy to spot as you are making your way through the almost singular pathway.

  It's worth noting that there is NOT an excess of TVs. You have to find and shoot every one after the point where you get the dart gun, otherwise you will not unlock this by the end of the game.
