How to unlock the Double Trouble achievement

    Easy to do, to bag the achievement you simply have to find and equip TWO sickles. Easiest way to do this is defeat the animal boss in the most north eastern part of Connacht, East of the Foyle River, on the border of Ulster, you’ll be rewarded with the Bone Sickle. The second is to clear out the camp in the most southern part called of Connacht called “Lackanscaul”, there’s one chest in the camp, unlock the chest (no keys needed) and you’ll be rewarded with the Ceremonial Sickle. Equip the both, achievement popped.

    I ASK NO ONEI equipped 2 sickles I had in my inventory and it I didn't get the achievement. Then I equipped the specific sickles gather from Ireland as it's posted in the guide here and it unlocked. I'm not sure, but I think you need to have the 2 sickles from Ireland for it to pop.

    There are two sickles to find in this DLC. The Bone Sickle can be found by defeating the legendary animal, The Black Stout, in the north of Connacht. The Ceremonial Sickle can be found in a Wealth Chest in the Druid camp of Lackenscaul in the south of Connacht. Equip both, one on each hand, to dual wield them and earn your achievement / trophy.

    This achievement is very specific on the sickles from ireland:the bone sickle you get from the legendary beast in the northeast of Connacht and the other is in the south of the same region called the ceremonial sickle any other sickle does not seem to guarantee the achievement as I unlocked two sickles: the raven sickle and Verica's sickle before visiting ireland and grabbing said sickles. Hopefully this helps
