  You need to make a brush from a Copper Ingot + a Feather + a Stick
  
  Then, you need to use the brush (takes around 5 seconds of using a brush on suspicious block for anything inside the block to be revealed) on suspicious sand and/or suspicious gravel, to gain the pottery shards, and four of those can be crafted into a Decorated Pot.
  
  Suspicious sand : buried rooms under desert pyramids, the bottom of desert wells, and warm ocean ruins
  
  Suspicious gravel : Cold ocean ruins and amongst the gravel in trail ruins
  
  (Images to help distinguish between suspicious and regular versions of sand and gravel can be found on the Minecraft wiki, but essentially, the suspicious versions have darker flecks in them.)
  
  Addendum : A suspicious block can also drop its contents if it falls for more than 30 seconds.

  Here is my 100% achievement plan for the 1.20 update. This specific achievement is found at 04:31 in the guide. I hope it helps.

  - Create a new world and enter the seed: -1427471965601676974
  - To make traveling easier, you can make sure that coordinates are enabled, bonus chest is enabled for extra resources and you can set the difficulty to peaceful to prevent mobs from spawning and prevent hunger from depleting.
  - Collect some copper, this can be found nearby a village that is close to spawn.
  - And while you are exploring, make sure to kill some chickens to get a feather.
  - Finally, collect some wood to craft a stick and a crafting table.
  - In the crafting table, use the copper ingot (smelt the raw copper first), feather and stick to make a brush.
  - Make your way to any of these desert wells that are located nearby from the following coordinates:
  - 693, -348
  - 1094, 61
  - 2059, -271
  - 2130, 461
  - 2467, -400
  - -2801, -920
  - 1917, -1435
  - 971, -1599
  - 859, -1298
  - 4039, -3125
  
  
  - At the centre of every desert well, there is a block called suspicious sand, use your brush and make sure your crosshair is pointing at the block and hold on controller or the Right Click on PC.
  - Keep holding it the sand disappears and some loot is left, this can include things like emeralds, but we don't need that. We need to collect pottery shards from these suspicious sands.
  - Make sure to collect 4 of these pottery shards.
  - Once that is done, place down your crafting table and place the 4 pottery shards in diagonally.
  - Then, you will be able to craft a decorative pot.
  - Once it has been crafted, the cheevo will pop up!

  I found a Well at (3792,-3134), which I needed as I had found 4 Emeralds.
