  Just to add to the solution, you have to win on each sport to add to the overall progress, and with golf it must be even or under par to be counted.

  Thought I'd add that I was missing 1 miscellaneous objective. Robbed lots of stores. The only way I got it to go up was by robbing a convenience store/gas station. The barber shop/ammu nation/ clothing stores did not work for me. If you're stuck at 15/16 like I was try robbing one of those convienance stores instead

  If you don't know which mission you are missing, the official Rockstar Games website can look up the progress you need:
  https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/xboxsx/caree...
  In-game missions are much more than 100% progress, but it doesn't have to be all done, some missions on the list will have color mark on the left side of the icons (Like: In the Hobbies and Pastimes list, mission with a green mark on the left side are required for 100% progress).
