    Actions
    To experience the true end, you must first finish the game with either Leon or Claire for the first time. Afterwards you can select the item "New Game (2nd Pass)" via the main menu and the B-Story / 2. Play time. You unlock Claire's B-Story if you played with Leon before and vice versa. Then play the game again and you see the true end.

    Actions
    To witness the True Ending you have to complete the final section of the Train. This is a B scenario achievement.

    Personally I started Leon A and finished Claire B. The B scenario (2nd Run) can only be accessed after an A scenario is cleared.

    Achievement pops at the result screen after the credits.

    New ParalyzerJust one. As I said I personally started Leon and ended with Claire. You can do Claire to Leon if you wish.

    In this video guide I will show you how to unlock the true ending. First of all in order to get the true ending you have to either complete Leon's A story or Claire's A story first then you can do a new game with a second run with either character to unlock the true ending with the achievement. In the menu it will say something like second run.
