  You need two controllers for this.
  
  Go to kick off then house rules then pick first to 1. Select your teams then when in the game you just have to score an own goal with the 2nd controller. This will end the game then go to restart match and repeat four more times.

  Make sure you have two controllers.
  
  Head to kick off and link both controllers.
  
  Head to Volta football and then Volta house rules.
  
  Select 3V3 rush
  
  Select first to 1
  
  Score an own goal with your second controller
  
  Repeat this process five times until the achievement unlocks.
