Bean Dive 2023: stats from the latest TrueAchievements community event

With the latest TrueAchievements Bean Dive having finished, the time has come for a closer look at the carnage it's left behind, with 2023's Bean Dive stats!

The 2023 Bean Dive has come and gone at TrueAchievements. Each year brave gamers not afraid to tarnish their completion percentage sign up for the dive, earn an achievement in their backlog of games, and watch that percentage plummet. This year 1,015 different gamers participated in the event diving 33,221 different games.

Bean Dive 2023 — stats round-up

Each year certain games get more attention than others. This year Xbox gamers gravitated towards McPixel 3 with 150 gamers diving. Adios was a huge dive target with 140 gamers diving that one. Coffee Talk Episode 2 took third with 121 gamers diving.

It is no surprise Xbox Game Studios was the top publisher at 1,224 games dived in the event. Right behind them at 747 games dived was Ubisoft. The top developer dived this year was eastasiasoft with 353 games. Square Enix was the fourth dived developer and publisher at sister site TrueTrophies but didn't make the top five on team Xbox.

What really makes this event though is the gamers! The entire top ten dived over 300 games which seems like quite a lot until you realize Baby Sheamus was the event's top gamer with 1,099 games. Right behind him was ErnaP with a gigantic 725 games. These two were far ahead of the pack as the next three gamers: Northern Lass, Old Zengunner, and UNKNOWDRAGON were more than 250 games behind. Truly remarkable numbers. Speaking of numbers: a moment of silence for Purpleshadow, PoddiePIRA, and MetalHeadIRA who all slaughtered their completion percentage by more than 79% — a large healing process will be required for these three achievement hunters.
