This is a pretty simple achievement. The guide will contain the way that I used and it takes maybe 20 minutes.
So you start by loading into online as a new character and when you then get the option to pick a direction use executive (others should work haven't tried, please comment if other ones work) pick your options and then as soon as the introduction is completed where you go and pick up your weapons and other things you are given the achievement, you are given a free apartment with 10 car garage which is why you don't need to buy one.

Edit : Thanks to DragenKnite for telling this is also given when doing the biker route, I would assume you get it doing the other ones too
