After a meteor (Or something) hits a hill outside Ravensthorpe, you can follow a side quest which will include a fight, then the game will reveal the Mastery Challenges, then simply complete one with a gold medal score.

To get a gold medal you need to get 1000 points, which is only possible by strictly following the scoring outlined in the pause menu. So for example if you need say 330 points for poison kills or what have you, once you've hit that score you can then move onto the next requirement. Once you've hit the required score the objective will be removed from the upper left corner of your screen, so it should be fairly obvious.

The easiest challenge to get this on, IMO, is the first Trial of the Raven. Most enemies can be executed with ease. There are a number of hanging bones to make noise, so walk slowly through them when you can't go around or over them. The enemy in the cave walks back and forth, so when he walks to the left side, he will stay there for about 10 seconds. When getting the three enemies that are higher up a cliff, use the raven ability to down the middle enemy. I never saw the other two move from their positions.

If you're gonna follow Mathachew's advice, do NOT use the Raven to KILL the guard (by using the ability twice) or it will take one assassination away. Also do NOT use the assassination follow-up axe attack even if it says "Assassinate" on-screen. It will not count. You have to stab every single guard. I didn't use the Raven at all and just climbed below the middle guard on the cliffs after cleaning the bottom of the map, being mindful of the bones on top. If the guard hears the bones even though you're walking as slow as possible, try using the Raven or start with the top right guard (climb the ladder under him and whistle on top). To clear the map, whistling is your best friend, and obviously paying attention to where the guards are facing and backtrack A LOT. Don't be greedy, their awareness is on the highest setting, so patience is key.

I’m finding this quite hard to get. I’m rubbish at stealth. The other 2 challenges are also difficult to achieve gold on. You have to kill loads of people indirectly with arrows or kick people from heights with the Sparta kick. And sumtime the challenge randomly ends before you get enough points for gold. Perhaps a video by anyone? I don’t stand a cat in hells chance of getting gold on all of these challenges 😂.

@Asturgis, throwing the ax does count, at least it did for me. It's the only way I was able to remain undetected following an assassination on the first Raven one. Also, I used it a couple times on the second to last Raven one I did.

Just to add, don't do what I did, and treat the objectives all as equal. Once the main one is completed the trial will end, so you need to get the secondary objectives first. So for the Raven (stealth) challenge, you need to get the assassinations all done first, and THEN collect the final artifact.
