  If you have the season pass, you will easily get this in the They came from below DLC.
  
  In this dlc knockout is not possible, and there is many times where you have to fight trough waves of enemies.
  There is even a achievement for getting 100 Headshot in the dlc, so you will unlock both if you go for it here.

  For the base game: you have to kill 100 NPCs with a single character, the description is wrong

  I have no problem with the miscellaneous achievements, they unlocked straight. Not even with the collectibles. But story related achievements were a pain, as I had to replay several times to unlock !

  Thumbs up--the Roger & James in They Came From Below for We Happy Few is an easy place to get this achievement. However, note that not all of the robots count as NPCs so you will require far more than 100 kills before it pops. If you're concentrating on headshots--a good tactic since they do more damage and you get more kills per weapon charge--you will get this achievement well after:

  You must directly kill 100 NPC’s Stacked total throughout all play. This means they can not show unconscious and must show deceased.

  Do you have to complete all the chapters for the achievement to pop up?

  @GLOWxDRAGZ, No, achievement pops up when you reach 100 kills.

  this achievement is obviously easy, just go around killing NPCs with any lethal weapon. fists DO NOT work. and most/all electric weapons will not work.
  
  this is much easier to avoid! on your "Saint" playthrough. avoid the headache and save it for a lethal run/playthrough.
  
  Personally i got almost every other achievement on my saint playthrough, except these three, this one of course (this achievement directly conflicts with the much harder to get "Saint" achievement).
  the 2 other achievements i missed included, Killing Ryan Andrews (shocking biology) which again i would NOT attempt on a "saint" playthrough.
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***not important but the third one i missed was all the phoneboxes which ended up being easier on a fresh playthrough anyway (have a guide up on that solution if interested)

  
  
  to sum it up: to avoid headaches, do a saint achievement run and then do a separate run for the kill 100 npcs achievement as well as killing Ryan Andrews (shocking biology achievement).

  I can confirm, that you can do it with The Saint achievement, as long as you NOT having a save with a kill. Autosaves is ok, because you can make it autosave by several ways. You'll need a clean save throughout the game with no kills!
